General
The moment you decide to buy one of the products or services offered by Dynamic Network Link, a contract will be made to regulate the terms of  delivery for that product or service.
Unlike that contract, this agreement intends to present our policy regarding the relationship with customers, for their complete understanding of the rules to be followed for a fruitful collaboration.

Sections of this Agreement
This agreement extends to your use of services and products offered by Dynamic Network Link

• webhosting services
• Service FTP (file transfer protocol)
• e-mail

Also, this agreement has to impose rules that prevent blocking Dynamic Network Link servers, the attempts of entering the system represented by Dynamic Network Link servers and any other activity likely to break the laws in force.

File Transfer Protocol Service(FTP)
Providing services similar to FTP access offered by Dynamic Network Link to third parties can be achieved only with the prior consent of Dynamic Network Link.

The e-mail service
A client cannot use the resources provided by Dynamic Network Link for making unsolicited commercial communications, as defined in the Romanian legislation in force. Any complaint of this kind against a customer of eAllaince Solutions SA can result in the suspension of the service offered, and even service interruption if the complaint proves to be founded;
Also, no customer of Dynamic Network Link can provide e-mail services to third parties without the express prior consent of eAllaince Solutions SA;
Using services provided by Dynamic Network Link for the transfer of information likely to affect the Romanian legislation may result in the interruption of  the respective service;

Guarantees for the proper functioning of Dynamic Network Link
Regardless of the constant effort to secure the system by the Dynamic Network Link team members, we consider unacceptable those actions of the clients who try, whether successful or not, to penetrate the system represented by Dynamic Network Link servers. Any such attempt will lead to the termination of the contract concluded with that client, with the opportunity of suing them to recover any damage caused to the normal functioning of our servers.

As a general rule, do not allow programs running in the background. The use of such programs will levy a tax on system resources used and operational management on whether they are outdated compared to the offer of  the web hosting package .. (Private JVM, Java Servlets, etc.).

Reasons
The idea of maintaining a high moral and technical standard of the products and services provided by Dynamic Network Link, it is useful to impose rules of conduct whose observance we consider to be vital. Acceptance of these rules of  usage for new products and services is a condition inherent to your cooperation with Dynamic Network Link.

Also, it can happen that some of the services or products provided by us to be subject to a system other than that in general use. In this situation, you will be informed about these conditions by a special agreement, referred to in one of the phases before the  use / purchase of the respective service or product.

Even if the legislation in Romania does not cover all aspects of  the everchanging space of World Wide Web, you must know that this proposed agreement is derived from existing normative acts:

• Electronic commerce law. 365/2002;
• The law on unfair terms concluded between traders and consumers, no. 193/2000;
• The law that protects individuals regarding processing of personal data and free movement of such data, no. 677/2001, as well as some valuable rules of principle in the Romanian law.

Webhosting services
The contract agreement with you, Dynamic Network Link will provide web space for hosting your site, and certain facilities to manage it as effectively as possible. We advise you to read the provisions of the proposed webhosting contract, because the main purpose of Dynamic Network Link is to customize as good as possible the services provided to its customers, and not to draw standard contracts, with "clauses imposed.
At the same time, you should know that maintaining your collaboration with Web Design DNL can only be ensured to the extent that you observe certain rules for our webhosting service:

• using space provided by us to store, transfer and promote activities, services or products that can prejudice Romanian legislation or the rules of moral conduct  will lead to the termination of the hosting of your site, without prior notice and other formalities. You cannot use the space provided by us to store, transfer or promote pornographic materials, or materials published with the infringement of copyright laws, materials that breach the fundamental human rights (racist, antisemitic, xenophobic and sexually discriminatory materials, etc.), etc.;
• using space provided by us to operate programs such as `Internet Relay Chat` (IRC) can not be achieved without the express prior consent of the Dynamic Network Link.
• "virtual control panel of the space offered by us is a product of Dynamic Network Link. Its use for any purpose other than that for which it was created will lead to the termination of the contract concluded with you making backups (backup) of material loaded by the client in the space provided is not an obligation of Dynamic Network Link. This means that we will make such copies, but not at a frequency that allows the recovery at any time, of any other type of data loaded by the Dynamic Network Link client server, and then lost due to actions of that client.

Conclusion
This Agreement is not intended to turn into a means of limiting the rights of our clients, and not to create obligations impossible to meet by them. Furthermore, this agreement should not be seen as a standard contract, which will inform in small letters about obligations they have toward us or the rights that our contracts can offer.

We believe that by reading this text you could better understand things that we consider unacceptable in the relationship with our customers, provided that neither we nor you do not want this cooperation to affect in any way the image of the  business we develop, together or separately.

• Privacy terms of the agreement proposed by Dynamic Network Link to customers and users of its services;
